At Partners4Care, we know that some people require more specialised care. That’s what initially drove us to start our Supported Living Service and we’re excited to welcome you into our supported living house in Hartlepool that we opened in 2024. This was the first addition to our supported living placement portfolio reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care in environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
What Is Supported Living?
Within our Supported Living Houses, we provide our residents with both assistance when needed along with independence where possible. We aim to create a space where individuals with varying support needs are able to thrive.
A team of our skilled support workers are onsite 24/7, ensuring the residents needs are met while still promoting independence whenever possible. Whether it’s assistance with daily tasks, emotional support, or simply someone to talk to, our staff are always happy to help provide thoughtful and compassionate care
Making a House Feel Like Home
When we originally remodelled this back in 2024, no expense was spared in making this a warm and welcoming home. From the new furniture suite in each room to a new paint job across the house, every corner of this space was thoughtfully curated with comfort in mind.
- Bedrooms feature plush bedding, soothing tones, and tasteful décor that promote rest and relaxation.
- The kitchen is fully modernised, boasting sleek surfaces, new appliances, and an inviting layout that encourages cooking together or independently.
- The dining room offers a bright, communal space ideal for shared meals and conversation under ambient lighting.
- The living room has been carefully designed as a calm, social hub where residents can unwind, enjoy entertainment, or welcome guests.
Each space has been updated with resident wellbeing in mind—from soft textures to practical layouts—ensuring that this house truly feels like home from the moment you step inside.

Our original supported living house wasn’t just beautifully designed—it’s also ideally situated. With it having easy access to shops, parks, healthcare, and public transport, it offers the perfect balance between independence and connectivity. Residents have enjoyed the freedom of exploring their local community, knowing that support is always close at hand. It’s one more way we’re ensuring life here is not only comfortable but also full of opportunity.
