Celebrating Our Spring 2026 Staff Survey Results
At the heart of every great care service is a dedicated and compassionate team, and our latest Spring 2026 Staff Survey results highlight exactly that.
We are delighted to share that feedback from staff across our services has been overwhelmingly positive, with 86% of responses rated as “Outstanding” and a further 13% rated as “Good.” These results reflect the strong culture, teamwork, and commitment that continue to shape the quality of care we provide every day.
The survey explored key areas including safety, effectiveness, caring support, responsiveness, leadership, communication, and workplace culture. The positive feedback received demonstrates the passion and professionalism our staff bring to their roles and the supportive environment we continue to build together.
Our teams consistently go above and beyond to ensure the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred care. The results also highlight the confidence staff have in leadership, collaboration between colleagues, and the shared commitment to continuous improvement.
