How do I make a referral for one of your services?

To make a referral please contact our office team at 01642 988388. From here, we will collect all of the necessary information we need, assess the enquiry and return contact on whether or not we will be able to accommodate you request.

What areas does your complex care service cover?

Through our complex care service, we support clients primarily in Stockton-on-Tees and the surrounding areas including but not limited too Billingham, Thornaby and Yarm.

What exactly is complex care?

Our at home complex care service isn’t like a standard domicillary care service. It is designed for individuals living with learning disabilities, autism, neurological conditions and/or physical disabilities. To learn more about this service, please visit our service page.
