Eaglescliffe Placement – Challenging Behaviour

We’re excited to be expanding our team at Partners4Care Limited and are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join us in Eaglescliffe. This is a full-time opportunity to work 2-to-1 with an individual who has complex needs and displays challenging behaviour, within a structured residential care setting. With pay starting at £12.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in shift, this role offers both stability and a chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

You’ll be part of a passionate, person-centred team focused on delivering high-quality support. Daily responsibilities include promoting independence, supporting with everyday tasks, and implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies. We’re looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in similar roles, a solid understanding of PBS, and a calm, compassionate approach. Shifts are 12 hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight work, so flexibility is key. In return, we offer a supportive work culture, a pension plan, a staff referral scheme, and more. Female Diver – Community Carer

Are you someone who thrives on helping others live safely and independently in their own homes? At Partners 4 Care, we’re proud to support individuals across Stockton-on-Tees with compassionate, person-centred care—and we’re looking for dedicated, experienced female carers to join our Community Care Team.

This is a full-time, community-based role offering £12.50–£13.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. You’ll work flexible hours, including a minimum of two evenings per week and alternate weekends while supporting individuals with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and domestic tasks. You’ll need to have at least one year of experience in the care sector, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle. Please note, due to the nature of the role, it is open to female applicants only and we are unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship.
