May 2025 Staff Survey: What Our Teams Are Saying
At Partners4Care, we believe that great care starts with a great team. That’s why we regularly invite our staff to share their honest thoughts through internal surveys because when we listen to our people, we learn how to grow together and better support both our staff and the customers we serve.
Here’s a look at what we learned from the May 2025 staff survey results across our different teams and locations.
Section 1: Community Staff Feedback
We received 13 completed surveys from our broader community team and the feedback was largely positive. The most selected response was “Outstanding”, making up 47% of all answers (a total of 255 selections). The strongest results came from Questions 1 and 9 in Section 1, which stood out with consistently high scores.
A few other questions also performed well, including:
- Questions 1 and 6 from Section 2
- Questions 3 and 4 from Section 3
When it comes to averages:
- Section 3 had the highest with 3.41
- Section 4 followed closely with 3.38
The overall survey average landed at 3.29, which aligns with a solid “Good” rating. Interestingly, both the median and the mode across the community data were “Outstanding”, reinforcing the overwhelmingly positive tone of the responses.
Section 2: Stockton Supported Living House
Staff at our Stockton Supported Living House were especially positive in their responses. From the six completed surveys, only two answer options were used: “Outstanding” and “Good”.
Here’s the breakdown:
- Outstanding: 221 out of 252 answers (88%)
- Good: 31 out of 252 answers (12%)
An impressive 14 out of the 42 survey questions received only “Outstanding” responses earning them a flawless average of 4.0. These perfect scores were spread evenly across most sections, with the exception of Section 2, which didn’t feature any perfect averages.
Even in the remaining questions, the results stayed strong. Most saw just a single “Good” selection among a majority of “Outstanding” responses, pulling their averages only slightly down to 3.83 still a great result.
Section 3: Hartlepool Supported Living House
The five surveys returned from our Hartlepool Supported Living House also reflected positive feedback. Once again, “Outstanding” was the most frequently chosen response, appearing 110 times (52%), followed by “Good”, which was selected 83 times (40%).
Standout questions included:
- Question 1 from Section 1
- Question 10 from Section 2
The averages for this team reflected the overall trend, sitting comfortably between “Good” and “Outstanding” across most questions. The question with the highest overall average was Question 1 of Section 1, earning a strong 3.8.
As for section-level performance, Section 4 came out on top, with an average score of 3.53. This section included 8 “Outstanding” and 7 “Good” responses, contributing to the high rating.
Section 4: Final Reflections
Across all three survey groups, the results paint a clear picture: our staff feel confident, valued, and satisfied in their roles. Out of 1008 total answers, the overwhelming majority were either “Outstanding” or “Good”. These responses highlight the supportive culture and positive working environment that we continue to foster.
While there were a few instances of “Requires Improvement” or “Inadequate, the overall message is clear: our teams feel good about the work they’re doing and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.
We want to thank every member of the Partners4Care team who took the time to share their feedback. Your voices help us shape the future and we’re listening.
