Our Team

Care and support professionals for home and community

Partners 4 Care was established by experienced care professionals Emma and Lesley. It also employs a Director of Operations, Registered Managers and office team.

Emma Murray
Director, Care Leader

A former Registered Manager of both care home and domiciliary care services, Emma achieved an ‘Outstanding’ Local Authority rating for services delivered to vulnerable adults in Teesside.

Emma has a strong understanding of delivering care in line with CQC Fundamental Standards and commitment to being aspirational for all of her customers.

Prior to setting up Partners 4 Care Emma commissioned and project managed clinical and non-clinical services for a new nursing / residential home; negotiating both Health and Local Authority Commissioning Contracts.

With a particular passion for dementia care, Emma worked as a Dementia Coach for the Priory Group, implementing the National Government Strategy ‘Living well with Dementia’ into their North Yorkshire care homes; training staff to deliver excellence in dementia care.

Emma’s vision was to create a new way of delivering care that went beyond ‘person-centred’, to include ‘person-delivered’ care. In other words, being relationship-based rather than just task-led. Instead of being task-led, it’s based on the specific preferences of individual customers. She is proud of the way Partners 4 Care has developed and keen to further enhance its reputation, providing the leadership that drives effectiveness within this service.

Lesley Hampton
Director, Mental Health and Medications Lead

Lesley has a background in overseeing services for adults suffering with Mental Health conditions, re-enabling and empowering them in all as aspects of daily living and also in the management and administration of medication.

As Medication Compliance Manager in domiciliary care, Lesley oversaw and piloted new rapid improvement initiatives for the Local Authority. Working in collaboration with local GPs and pharmacies she drove change in medication management in the local area.

As a trainer in Medication Management, Lesley teaches home care workers safe practices for handling medication for vulnerable adults and children who are receiving care and support.

Key achievements have been bringing structure and accountability to medication management for 250 customers and delivering audits to ensure certainty of compliance. Lesley recognised the need to upskill and transfer knowledge to the widest possible pool of industry professionals to maximise safety for all customers.

Like Emma, Lesley saw the results of care not being delivered adequately and was determined to create a better way. A strong believer that aspiration should be available to everyone, Lesley co-founded Partners 4 Care to improve the lives of people who have care and support needs, supporting people to live independent, fulfilling lives with new possibilities.

A genuine people person, Lesley excels at anything related to service and Human Resources and builds relationships easily.
