Holiday and sickness absence cover for social care

Care and support needs to be available when it is required. That’s where we come in. 

We have a register of staff trained according to the standards set by Skills for Care and with up-to-date DBS checks ready to cover shifts or periods of absence.

All workers will have some holiday and some sickness absence occasionally, so if you are an employer of care and support workers, we can fill in the gaps to ensure the continuity of your care.

Of course, from us you get a temporary replacement trained to our usual standards.

Any staff that we provide are fully informed about your care and support needs, wants and preferences.
